Overall Objectives of Role
This is a program leadership role — not a coordination or status-reporting function. We are looking for someone who can hold accountability across multiple complex, concurrent programs and drive them to meaningful outcomes. The candidate must bring both strategic perspective and ground-level credibility: able to set direction, resolve cross-program dependencies, and engage substantively with technical teams, architecture decisions, and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate operates at the intersection of delivery rigour and stakeholder influence. They do not need to be told what to escalate — they recognise it before it becomes a crisis. They earn trust across organisational levels not through authority, but through consistently sound judgment and follow-through.
