Principal duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operational/Functional:Maintain aggressive weekly telephone, site inspection and sales call goals.Follow up promptly on all leads.Assist in the development, implementation and follow-up of the Quarterly SMART Sales Action Plan.Maintain all files with current trace dates, accurate histories and all relevant information regarding booking activity.Is current and abides by all sales office procedures and systems.Participate in daily business review meetings, weekly GRC reviews, bi-weekly sales meetings, and other meetings as required by the Director of Sales & Marketing.Promote a high quality company image by demonstrating professionalism to both clients and colleagues.Recommend improvement of facilities and services as needed.Able and willing to assist with room set-ups as needed.Strategy and Planning: Solicit accounts within assigned market segme...
