Job Description
Your role: As Group Sales Support, you will drive consistent performance across Onic by managing the end-to-end delivery of seminar programmes, optimizing CRM systems, implementing best practice and ensuring the teams are adhering to group sales processes. Providing centralized sales support across all Onic local sales teams. This role ensures high standards in data management, staff training, and the implementation of group-wide sales initiatives and integration of new products. This position can be based in Dublin or Cork.
Day to day you will:
Seminar Management & Delivery
Logistics: Coordinate internal and external seminar programmes, managing data builds, scheduling, and session analysis for all stations.
Quality Control: Oversee sales tracking, e-shots, and client retention efforts to ensure smooth delivery and programme growth.
