Job Description

Responsible for Groups and events at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara.

• You will be the Salespoint of contact for all existing and potential customers to the hotel and will negotiate and confirm groups and events within the guidelines of the Hotels Sales Strategy set by the department leadership.
• You will identify up‑selling opportunities and maximize revenue through catering and group bookings.
• Provide efficient and effective service to the highest standard level to handle customer inquiries within predefined parameters in order to close sales.
• Ensure that all administration is processed professionally efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that you fully understand the business strategy and positioning of the Anantara brand and that you are able to effectively translate this positioning in the marketplace.
