What you’ll do…
You'll manage meetings and events from enquiry to handover, making sure every detail is covered and every guest has a great experience.
Day to day you'll:
- Handle enquiries, create proposals and convert bookings.
- Plan events and ensure a smooth handover to our operations team.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.
- Conduct site visits and show rounds.
- Keep Opera Cloud up to date and prepare weekly function sheets.
- Work closely with other departments to deliver seamless events.
- Spot opportunities to upsell and support the wider sales team when needed.
