Growth Lead – E-Commerce D2C & Performance Marketing

Addiction Foods is hiring a Growth Lead – E-Commerce to scale our direct-to-consumer business across multiple international markets.

This is a high-impact commercial role for someone who can drive revenue growth, improve customer acquisition efficiency, and build profitable D2C growth systems across markets such as Singapore, New Zealand, China, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Taiwan.

This is not a traditional e-commerce manager role. We are looking for someone who can act like the mini-CEO for D2C . You will own growth, performance, conversion, retention, subscription opportunities, and profitability across our online channels.
