We are looking for a Growth Manager (Fintech & Remittances) to help accelerate growth across the Lat Am corridor. This role is ideal for someone who understands the immigrant experience and the unique dynamics of cross-border money transfers. Performance marketing is managed centrally, so we are looking for someone who can execute growth initiatives, build community trust, develop partnerships, and drive customer acquisition and retention through both online and offline channels.
The ideal candidate understands not only digital marketing, but also the emotional and practical reasons why people send money home to support their families.
How You'll Contribute Execute local growth initiatives aligned with seasonal and cultural moments such as Father's Day, Mother's Day, back-to-school, holidays, and other community-driven opportunities.
