Drive LemFi's expansion efforts in the US and Canada as a Growth Manager focused on Ghanaian communities. This role demands travel and strategic user engagement to foster sustainable growth.
In this entrepreneurial role at LemFi, you will spearhead the outreach to Ghanaian communities, leading user acquisition efforts and community engagement initiatives. You’ll develop strategies to increase visibility and build partnerships while working closely with internal teams like Marketing and Product. Your expertise and insights will guide the company’s offerings, ensuring relevance to the communities served.
Key Responsibilities:
• Travel to US cities for community events and meetings
• Develop user acquisition strategies for Ghanaian ex-pats
• Organize and lead community initiatives for brand advocacy
• Identify and manage partnerships for user growth
• Conduct market research to gather user insights
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in growth, sales, or marketing
