Growth Marketer at Wave Connect

We're hiring a Growth Marketer to help scale Wave Connect. Over the last few years, we grew from $250K to $1.5M ARR through SEO, content, automations, and product-led growth. No paid ads. No SDR team. No VC money. Now we're looking for someone to help us scale the next phase.

What you’ll work on:

• SEO and content growth
• AI workflows and automations
• CRM and lead routing
• Funnel optimization
• Landing pages and conversion testing
• Growth experiments
• Internal tools and systems
• Analytics and reporting

This is an AI-native role. You should already be using AI tools (i.e. Claude Code) daily to build workflows, automate tasks, research faster, and move quickly.
