Overview

We’re looking for a Director, Growth Marketing to own and optimize League’s demand generation engine. This is a pipeline role, not a brand awareness role. You’ll set strategy and build and run campaigns yourself — comfortable with the full stack from search and paid media to email and content-driven demand.

Responsibilities

Pipeline & Campaign Execution

• Own pipeline generation targets — demos booked and opportunities created are your north star.
• Design and execute integrated demand generation programs across paid search (Google/SEM), paid social (LinkedIn), SEO, email, content, and events.
• Build and manage lead nurture and lifecycle programs in partnership with Sales.
• Continuously A/B test creative formats, messaging, and campaign structures — and bring examples of non‑boilerplate campaigns that actually moved pipeline.
