Position Overview
Position Summary: The Growth Manager will own and scale our customer acquisition engine across channels. This role demands deep expertise in D2C growth, performance marketing, lifecycle/CRM, and multi-channel demand generation. The ideal candidate brings 8 years of hands-on experience scaling digital-first brands, with strong capability in managing large budgets, driving efficient CAC, and building compounding growth loops. Key Responsibilities: 1. Global Acquisition Strategy & Execution Own end-to-end acquisition strategy across key channels. Drive aggressive growth targets and execution across paid, organic, and owned channels. 2.
