Growth Marketing Manager

This mid‑senior role reports directly to the Head of Growth and will own the company's organic growth engine. The position includes ownership of website performance, SEO, and AI‑powered discoverability (AEO) and involves strategy, experimentation, and conversion work.

This permanent, full‑time role is based in Sydney, AU or Auckland, NZ and is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. You will work cross‑functionally with Paid Media, Creative, Content, Sales, and Product, and coordinate agencies and freelancers as part of daily activities.

Responsibilities
