Candidate must have a proven track record in setting up, developing and implementing data-driven full-funnel campaigns and media strategies to grow customer base from awareness-consideration-acquisition, and in support of retention initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Marketing, Media and Advertising, Communications

Experience

At least 3-5 years experience in a similar role owning growth, brand, digital or performance marketing initiatives preferably with background in media agency AND client side.

Business Understanding

MarTech, MIS and data science concepts; familiarity with various financial services lines of business (LOBs) in a Bank or Fintech a plus

Knowledge

Intermediate level media, performance and growth marketing strategies and principles translated into measurable campaigns; proficiency in Brand and Campaign Management, and understanding of Content Marketing, CRM and ...
