About the Role

The Growth Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving demand generation, sales enablement, marketing performance, and operational efficiency. You will support paid media campaigns, build prospect lists, conduct market research, analyze funnel performance, develop lead nurture programs, and deliver actionable insights that help improve growth across the business. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is equally comfortable working in spreadsheets, CRM systems, advertising platforms, reporting dashboards, and modern AI tools.
