Deblock has landed in Italy. We're not doing it the usual way. We're diving deep in only one city first. Milan. And we need someone on the ground to make it happen.

This isn't a role for a distant executive; it's for a hands-on builder. You will report directly to the ExCo and VP of Marketing, acting as the bridge between high-level strategy and boots-on-the-ground execution. You will own the Trust & Growth engine for the Milan market. When Milan is won, you'll have built the playbook that takes us everywhere else. 🗺️ 🚀

• Product: Analyse our product fit, generate insights for improvements and feature advances to make Deblock THE best neo-bank in Milan.
