Position: Growth & Retention Manager — Amazon, Paid Social, Email/SMS (AI-Augmented)

Location: Remote (Philippines, Colombia, or Mexico preferred)

Reports to: Founder/CEO, with a dotted line to the Digital Operations Manager for all retention and paid channel execution. Close day-to-day coordination with the Digital Operations Manager, who owns e-commerce and social media strategy, the campaign calendar, segmentation, and final approval on all email/SMS sends.
