• Serving as on-scene Incident Commander directing structural firefighting, rescue, and salvage; making critical, life-safety decisions regarding tactical placement of apparatus, evacuation zones, and mutual aid recall.
• Managing on-scene coordination with Host Nation fire departments; applying thorough knowledge of German policies, equipment, and protocols to bridge operational gaps, particularly during complex WMD/CBRNE joint responses.
