**Job Description**

**GSE Mechanic performs organizational and intermediate level maintenance on assigned support equipment under contract to Amentum. Utilize Maintenance Instruction Manuals, Maintenance requirement Cards, Illustrated Parts Breakdown Manuals and related diagrams, schematics, and blueprints. Maintain, Service, repair, troubleshoot, inspect, and modify various, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components relating to support equipment.**

**Must be able to perform minor corrosion control and document all maintenance history utilizing OPNAV 4790/52 (Support Equipment History and Maintenance Record). Perform related duties independently in Hazardous areas such as Aircraft operation Ramps and Flight line. Ensure all maintenance actions are performed in accordance with government safety and OSHA standards, have thorough knowledge of flight line operations and procedures.
