Job Description Summary

The GSI Commercial & Tendering Process & Tool Leader owns and continuously improves the Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) commercial/tendering process and the enabling tendering tools (e.g., MTA ITOC / PCDB). This role drives process reliability, audit readiness, tool adoption, data quality and analytics, and an effective handover from ITO to OTR execution. The role partners closely with regional tendering teams, cross‑functional stakeholders (Engineering, Sourcing, Construction, PM, Logistics), and DT to deliver measurable improvements in speed, quality, and consistency.

Process Ownership (ITO Commercial & Tendering)

• Serve as the GSI ITO process owner, aligned with GE Vernova / ESY process owners and compliant with company instructions, policies, and Quality System requirements.
