Tool Installation: Install new tools at customer sites following established procedures to achieve predictable warranty start dates.Technical Troubleshooting: Evaluate, analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical equipment issues related to installation. Perform basic system-level troubleshooting and repairs based on technical knowledge, education, and training. Escalate complex issues to Senior Engineers or management.Reporting: Prepare field service reports and daily pass-downs on installation progress and non-conformances.
