About the Role

We're building a next-generation AI Video Content Generation platform and are looking for a high-ownership GTM Lead to drive revenue, growth, and product-market fit from the ground up. This is a foundational role (employee #1–5 in GTM) with direct ownership of revenue outcomes, not just marketing outputs. Primary markets: United States & Europe.

Responsibilities

• Take full accountability for key growth metrics: CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), LTV (Customer Lifetime Value), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and Conversion Rates across funnel stages
• Design and execute SEO + AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies that generate high-intent traffic and revenue
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) with a strict focus on profitable growth
