The role : We are hiring the person who will build and run the engine that finds and qualifies the right accounts for our outbound team. This is a hands-on role that combines lead research and sourcing with automation: you will turn messy inputs — a company staying at our hotels, a market signal, an OTA-masked booking — into the one right decision-maker with a verified contact, and build the enrichment and signal pipelines (Clay, AI, data sources) that do this reliably at scale.
