The role
You'll work directly with PE firms, investment banks, and corporate development teams to help them get the most out of Inven. You'll own accounts, build relationships with deal professionals, and identify opportunities to expand usage and drive upsells. This is a hands‑on role where you'll wear many hats.
- Account management: Own key accounts, manage renewals, and proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Driving engagement: Help customers succeed through onboarding, support, and data‑driven insights.
- Closing the loop: Turn customer feedback into product improvements and help clients reach their goals.
Who we're looking for
- Previous experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, M&A advisory, or a similar finance or transaction‑driven role.
