About the Role

We’re hiring a GTM & Strategic Finance Associate to help accelerate decision‑making across our clients’ Go‑to‑Market organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of how the business generates revenue and build models, analyze performance, and generate insights that drive growth, efficiency, and clarity.
• Understand revenue flows through the business: Marketing → Sales → Customer Success → Financial outcomes.
• Analyze funnel, pipeline, revenue, and retention performance to understand key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor GTM KPIs and financial metrics, focusing on growth and profitability.
• Create and manage detailed operational models covering bookings, churn, and unit economics.
