Position Overview
**JOB PURPOSE:**
Β Provide effective training plan for field-force team and support field-team to achieve GBU/BU target.
Β Design solutions according to the needs of business departments, provide standard or customized training courses, actively follow up training and evaluate training results.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILTIES:**
Β **Support NHT (New Hire Training ) work**
β Cooperate with BU to complete NHT work, assist in revising and updating training courses, track and evaluate training results
β Track the behavior change of trainees, evaluate the training effect and provide feedback
β Implement the training plan (involve the standard course and the training program) in the regional
β In charge of Training Record ordely.
