You'll be one of the first points of contact for our guests, guiding them through the Duro de Matar experience.

What You'll Do

- Welcome guests into the Duro de Matar universe and create a strong first impression

- Guide guests through the menu

- Promote guest loyalty

- Keep communication clear between front-of-house and kitchen

- Help make sure orders are delivered quickly

- Resolve guest questions in a calm, professional way

- Help keep service smooth, fast, and positive during busy periods
