We’re working with a prestigious hospitality business looking for a Guest Relations Executive to become the face of the hotel, ensuring every guest receives a warm, personalised welcome and an outstanding experience from arrival through to departure.

You will play a pivotal role in creating exceptional guest experiences whilst working closely with departments across the hotel. From welcoming VIP guests to resolving queries and promoting the hotel’s facilities, you’ll ensure every stay is memorable. Alongside this, you will proactively identify opportunities to maximise revenue through room upgrades, dining experiences, spa packages and future direct bookings.
