Guest Relations Manager – Native Russian Speaker

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Guest Relations team in daily operations
• Welcome and assist VIP and long‑stay guests, ensuring personalized service
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and special requests
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences in the system
• Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions
• Monitor lobby and reception area standards and ambiance
• Promote hotel services and loyalty programs

Requirements

Minimum 4 years as Guest Relations in a hotel/hospitality industry. Good command of the English and Russian languages. Other foreign languages spoken is an advantage. Good computer skills. With pleasing personality.
