We are hiring Guest Relations Officer who will ensure excellent guest experiences, handle inquiries and complaints, and provide personalized seamless service that enhances the hotel’s reputation and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests efficiently
- Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, F&B, and other departments for smooth service
- Maintain records of VIP guests and ensure personalized attention
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements
- Resolve guest issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction
