Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service by ensuring a warm welcome, efficient check‑in/check‑out, and prompt assistance throughout the guest stay.
- Respond to guest enquiries, requests, feedback, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information on resort facilities, services, activities, promotions, and local attractions while promoting hotel outlets and experiences.
- Coordinate with Concierge, Bell Team, Housekeeping, Guest Services Centre, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Prepare and maintain accurate guest records, billing, cashiering transactions, and Front Office documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
