Position Overview

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the daily Front Desk operations
  • Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Front Desk
  • Review the daily arrival and the departure lists
  • Responsible for the room assignment according to the guest requirements
  • Update room situations periodically
  • Lead the team to attend all guest’s inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure that the area is managed well by the respective team and deliver the brand promise
  • Ensure that all Front Desk associates are familiar with the hotel’s products and services, current promotions, policies, and other important information
  • Work closely with other management personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
