Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Front Desk
Review the daily arrival and the departure lists
Responsible for the room assignment according to the guest requirements
Update room situations periodically
Lead the team to attend all guest’s inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
Ensure that the area is managed well by the respective team and deliver the brand promise
Ensure that all Front Desk associates are familiar with the hotel’s products and services, current promotions, policies, and other important information
Work closely with other management personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests
Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
