Summary of Job Responsibilities
This position is under the Box Office team, as part of Entertainment department. The Box Office team provides ticket sales services and operational support for Marina Bay Sands attractions and events. This includes ticket sales for ArtScience Museum, Skypark, Sampan, Digital Light Cavas and performances at Sands Theatre, and other ad hoc events.
Job Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to guests Attend to walk-up ticket sales and enquires at onsite ticketing counters and self-service ticketing kiosks Perform ticket sales transactions quickly and accurately using computer-based ticketing system Perform cashiering duties including receiving payment by cash, credit card, room charge, vouchers and other payment modes Perform daily opening, closing and reconciliation of sales made through the self-service ticketing kiosks
