To ensure that the amenities in the room are sufficiently supplied for the convenience and comfort
Offers all possible assistance to guests, performs Service Recovery when necessary
Familiar with and carries out the policies and procedures established by Hotel YAN and Government's Safety Management Measures
Answer all incoming calls promptly and pleasantly and ensure that the appropriate connection is made
Perform all tasks assigned according to established standards and procedures: take messages upon request, handle guests check-in /check-out and calls, maintain equipment and facilities; report any maintenance problems to engineers on duty
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or the Management
Requirements
Singaporean/PR preferred
Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
