A prestigious luxury lodge and spa in the Cape Winelands is seeking a polished and detail-oriented Guest Service Concierge to join their world-class hospitality team. The role is primarily administration and pre‑arrival focused, requiring meticulous planning and the creation of bespoke guest itineraries. You will serve as a key touchpoint in ensuring every guest's stay is flawlessly anticipated and executed, while also supporting the Lodge Reservations function.

Requirements

• A qualification in Hospitality, Travel, or Tourism is advantageous.
• 2–3 years' experience in a concierge or reservations environment, ideally within a luxury or 5‑star property.
• Working knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
