Responsibilities include:
- Organize, confirm, process, and conduct all guest check‑ins, check‑outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
- Manage and maintain queue lanes efficiently, respond to guest inquiries and complaints courteously.
- Verify guest eligibility and process payments, including verifying credit cards and handling transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of front desk area, lobby, and public spaces.
- Assist in developing guest services for special events, oversee operations, and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
