Overview

You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the reservations department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, while meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The GSO - Reservations assists the Director of Reservations in managing the Reservations Department and collaborates with Hyatt Marketing and Sales and other Rooms Departments to maximise room yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with Hyatt’s Brand Standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the efficient running of the Reservations Department.
• Support the Director of Reservations in managing the Reservations Department.
• Collaborate with Hyatt Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximise room yield through Inventory Control.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Hyatt Brand Standards.
