**Summary of Job Responsibilities:**

The Guest Service Associate is responsible for making visitors feel welcome, assisting them with accurate information and directions, processing requests of visitors and families and /or directing to the appropriate department. Registering surgical patients.

**Qualifications:**

+ Must possess strong communication and organizational skills, ability to use computer, self-motivated, and displays a commitment to service excellence. Must have a courteous and caring demeanor and a willingness to serve others and possess excellent verbal communication skills.
