Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

+ Directs workers engaged in taking tickets at the entrance of the facility, seating guests, monitoring door entrances and exits and keeping unauthorized persons out of restricted areas.

+ Conduct on-the-job training for new employees.

+ Oversee the handling of all needs for guests with disabilities including ticketing, entrance/exiting, seating, and overall, ADA compliance.

+ Conducts frequent inspections of the front of house area of the facility, ensuring that all areas are clean, safe, and secure.

+ Review reports or logs on all incidents and related activities for submittal to the Security Manager.

+ Frequently evaluates the performance of all guest services personnel assigned under Lead’s jurisdiction.

+ Perform other tasks as assigned.
