Please note that Melrose Home is a 24-hour residential care facility operating seven days a week. Guidance Officers are required to work on a rotating shift roster, including weekends and public holidays.

• 5-day work week with 2 rotational off days
• AM Shift: 7:00am – 4:00pm
• PM Shift: 1:00pm – 10:00pm (majority of shifts)

Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and quality care to children and youths residing in Melrose Home (approximately 10 to 15 residents aged 7 to 21 years old).
