Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Services

• Coordinate reservations, guest check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.


• Deliver exceptional guest service throughout each guest's stay.


• Ensure a warm, welcoming environment and promptly resolve guest queries and concerns.


• Arrange special guest experiences, including bush dinners, celebrations, and holiday events.


• Host guests and ensure memorable safari experiences.
