Qualifications

• 4 - 6 years of experience (YOE)
• Guidewire InsuranceSuite expertise
• Guidewire Configuration & Integration
• Integration Architecture Implementation
• Guidewire Cloud / GW Studio / EDGE APIs
• P&C Insurance domain knowledge (Home/Hogar line preferred)
• Stakeholder management & team leadership (SME role)
• Nice-to-have: Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) certification
• Nice-to-have: Guidewire ACE / Specialist certifications (PC/BC/CC Config or Integration)
• Nice-to-have: Experience with Santa Lucía or Spanish insurance carriers
• Nice-to-have: Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure
• Nice-to-have: Agile/Scrum, SAFe methodologies
• Nice-to-have: Data migration tools & ETL
