Description:  Our District is looking for self-motivated, responsible individuals who love to teach music to children and adults of all ages. We are seeking candidates primarily with a guitar background; but we are open to consider candidates who have experience with other instruments as well. Guitar Instructors are required to provide a safe, encouraging learning environment where a participant can grow in knowledge of the instrument, further develop their skills, and improve upon these skills.
 

Qualifications:  This position requires a minimum of 2 years' experience teaching guitar to various age levels, a vast knowledge of music, play the instrument, be able to read music, and have an understanding of music theory. Must have the ability to work on their own and with individuals.
