Position Overview

            Responsibilities Measure and cut drywall panels to fit specific areas ensuring precise dimensions for a seamless finish 
Install gypsum board on walls and ceilings employing techniques that enhance structural integrity and aesthetics 
Apply joint tape and compound with skillful techniques to create smooth invisible joints between panels 
Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations 
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in carpentry or construction is a plus 
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in gypsum carpentry or a closely related field 
Certification in drywall installation or related trade from a recognized institution is preferred 
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations, ensuring compliance in all projects
