• Perform a full range of hair services and treatments, including styling, colouring, highlighting, and professional hair/scalp treatments with head/neck and shoulder massage.
• Assist and work with Director Stylist.
• Provide professional consultation and recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to increase client retention, including proactive pre-booking of appointments.
• Actively develop new clientele and contribute to business growth.
• Adhere strictly to salon policies and standard operating procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Candidates with an existing client base will be an advantage.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized workstation at all times.
• Ensure all hair tools and equipment are properly cleaned and sterilized after use.
• Skills or experience as a scalp therapist will be a strong advantage.
