Responsibilities

• Greet clients and perform consultations in line with Salon guidelines to establish client requirements.
• Understand the pricing details of all hair services and recommend and educate clients accordingly during consultation.
• Execute all cutting, colouring, styling and finishing to high standards while providing necessary information about the products being used.
• Recommend appropriate home‑care products during each service session.
• Maintain detailed client service history by recording products used during each visit (e.g., hair colour details, treatment details).
• Learn and perfect new styles and techniques.
• Maintain technical knowledge by attending external and internal educational workshops; reviewing and researching publications, internet and social media.
