Halal Assurance Officer (Part-Time Contract)

3 days/week | Flexible Hours | 1-year contract (renewable)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Halal assurance documentation (HAS / HalMQ)
• Verify ingredients, suppliers, and Halal certificates
• Prepare and support MUIS audits and certification renewals
• Conduct on-site Halal checks and staff briefings as required
• Liaise with suppliers and certifying bodies

Requirements

• Muslim candidate (MUIS requirement for Halal Assurance Officer)
• Certified Halal Assurance Officer, recognised by MUIS would be a plus, otherwise training will be provided
• Experience with MUIS Halal certification and audit processes is a plus
• Background in F&B, food manufacturing, or food operations preferred

Work Arrangement

• 3 days/week, approx 3h/day. Flexible hours available.
