Bowong & Sons is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our Chinese Muslim (Halal) kitchen in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality, and maintain Halal standards.

Your role includes training the kitchen team, developing menus, and ensuring the highest presentation and taste standards. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in Chinese Muslim cuisine and proven leadership skills.
