• Work collaboratively with staff to optimize production and exceed guest needs.
• Inspect staff grooming and attire and correct deficiencies.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment and areas, and securing doors.
• Inspect kitchens and restaurant storage areas for organization, food safety, FIFO use, and cleanliness.
• Perform scheduled inventories, stock and requisition necessary supplies.
