Manage the end-to-end unit handover process, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with the company's quality standards.
Supervise unit inspections, final inspections, and defect rectification prior to handover.
Coordinate with Project, Contractors, and Vendors to ensure unit readiness.
Lead and supervise the Handover team in managing customer complaints before and after handover.
Monitor handover progress and prepare operational reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Communication, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Property Handover or Customer Relations within the property industry, including at least 3 years in a Supervisor or Section Head role.
Strong understanding of building specifications, quality inspection, and customer complaint handling.
