Sympa is seeking a hands-on Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead information security, compliance, quality governance, and internal IT services. The role reports to the CTO and shapes security, quality, and IT capabilities for a growing SaaS company in Espoo, Finland.

You will own ISO 27001 and 9001 programs, drive audits, risk management, and line up budgets while collaborating with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Leadership to deliver secure software and reliable IT services.
